 +  * Member must get permission from area lead to have equipment hosted in an area. 
 +  * If membership ends, the member has 30 days to remove the equipment or to give notice that it is going to be removed.  After which may be disposed of or assumed to be the property of ChattLab.  Arrangements must be made with the board of directors if it is to be removed after the 30 days.  This notice must be given prior to the 30 day period.
